FlatDesk is provided as is. Costs, travel times and every other figure it computes are estimates to help you compare flats — not a guarantee, and not advice you should rely on without checking.

Premium is a single one time purchase of CHF 9.90, no subscription, handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. FlatDesk is free to use today; if a paid tier is introduced later, anyone who already installed FlatDesk keeps full access for free.

Refunds: the CHF 9.90 premium purchase is final. No refunds are given.
